The design reflects an opportunity to step away from linear thinking and creates the opportunity for circular time to be known. The past, present and future are depicted as a ceremonial practice within Country illustrated here in the form of patterns surrounded by smoke. Starting from the larger pattern work representing the past, the shapes become smaller representing the future this is reflective of family structures within community from Elders to children. Circular thinking and time creates a transcendence of connection, knowing that the words, actions, knowledge and practice have come from past, being foundational to present and transferring into the future, forever interchanging and interconnected.
